1. About Supreyo

Supreyo operates an online platform where third-party sellers list and sell products. Unless we expressly state otherwise, products are sold by the respective seller, not by Supreyo as the merchant of record for every item.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To use certain features you must register an account with accurate information.

• You must provide a valid email address and complete verification when required.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• One person should not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referrals, or cashback.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed and processed through our systems. Prices, fees, taxes, and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to that order.

• Items from multiple sellers in one checkout may be split into separate seller orders.
• Delivery schedules may differ by seller and destination.
• We or the seller may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or flagged for risk.
• Product images are illustrative; slight variations in color or packaging may occur.

4. Payments (including Cash on Delivery)

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is enabled, you agree to pay the full amount due to the delivery partner upon receipt of the goods.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery estimates are approximate. Risk in the goods generally passes when the package is delivered to the address you provide, subject to applicable law and carrier practices.

• Provide a complete, reachable address and an active phone number for delivery coordination.
• If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions according to their process.
• Report damaged, missing, or wrong items promptly through order tracking or support channels.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return and refund eligibility depends on product type, seller policy, and the refundable window configured for the order (commonly up to 7 days where applicable). Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene, perishability, or custom-order reasons.

• Cancel requests may be allowed only before the order progresses too far in fulfillment.
• Approved refunds are processed according to the original payment method and platform rules.
• Items must be unused and returned in original condition unless we agree otherwise.

7. Referrals, Bonuses & Cashback

If referral, bonus, or cashback features are available on your account, they are promotional benefits subject to program rules we may update from time to time.

• Rewards may depend on verified purchases, order completion, and anti-fraud checks.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, and manipulation of the program are prohibited.
• We may withhold, reverse, or adjust rewards tied to cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders.

8. Sellers & Vendor Applications

Sellers are independent businesses. Seller applications are subject to review and approval. Approved sellers must provide accurate store information, honor confirmed orders, and comply with platform policies and applicable law.

The Supreyo name, logos, design, and platform content are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our branding or software without permission. Product content uploaded by sellers remains their responsibility.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when we add features, change policies, or to meet legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
